Tucked to the rear of the eponymous street market, Ridley Road Market Bar is a veritable boogie wonderland that never fails to draw an audience.
We can’t get enough of the Ginger Mojitos at this makeshift shack – they’re sweet, bubbly and a steal at just £5 a pop. For more of a tart taste there’s Gin and Blood Orange, or alternatively, the Red Stripe is always flowing at this party bar.
Be it disco, reggae, soul or funk, the volume from the DJ is loud and the retro dancefloor – complete with glitter ball – is always packed and primed for pulling.
Best Bars tip: Ridley Road Market Bar is known to host some of the best street food pop-ups in London – come early to get your hands on some fish tacos or pizza from the Slice Girls.
