Jetlag calls itself the executive decision for London’s sports fans, and we’re keen to agree. With five large screens over two levels, you’re sure to always walk in on a game of something – football, rugby and American football tops the charts.
The cocktail list is inspired by holiday destinations, a nod to the bar’s name – try a Samurai Jack with sake, elderflower, raspberry vodka and lemon for a short trip to Japan, or stay in England with a sweet Garden Party of gin, apricot jam and lemon. There’s also the (very) large selection of draughts, bottles, wines and classic cocktails, and shooters on the menu for times your team doesn’t make it. Tuck into the international street food too, when the liquor starts to get heavy.
Love sports? You’ll love watching them here – that’s pretty much it. With cosy chairs and big screens, there’s no way you’ll have a bad time, whatever the match result.
Best Bars tip: Jetlag should be at the top of your list for World Cup hangs. The bar has added special drinks to the menu, including a selection of refreshing smoothies (virgin, but they might spike them if you ask nicely), and are doing “Jetlag flights” with drinks, food, sweets and even bubbly for £30.
