Earlham Street Clubhouse

Earlham Street Clubhouse Covent Garden

Earlham Street Clubhouse Covent GardenSo you may have heard of “The Hamptons” or felt pangs of yearning for that true red, white and blue college experience – but never knew how you could get a taste of that life yourself. Well here is your answer: Earlham Street Clubhouse. This subterranean party bar brings that 90’s American feel to the heart of Covent Garden. From the rocking throwback tunes that you *cringe* know all the words to, to the NYC-style thin crust, big ass pizzas.

When it comes to drinks, the cocktail names will bring back fond fond memories. Reminisce about all those shaking bon bons with a Livin La Vida Loca – Don Julio Blanco, mango, fresh chilli and ginger ale. Served long and a little spicy (appropriate). Or get a Beetlejuice, just be careful not to say it three times. A Tanqueray gin concoction with fresh basil, cucumber, apple and lemon that’s served straight up. If you can’t decide on which pizza to get, go for the Ross and Rachel – half and half of two different toppings. No need to go “on a break”.

Happy hour is a serious affair here. From all-you-can-eat pizzas for £10 on Mondays to £2 Mimosas on Thursdays, there’s always some kind of boozy/foodie deal going down to take the burden off your bank balance.

Best Bars tip: Fancy the chaps (or lassies) on that table just over there? No problem … ring them up using your very own burger phone and see if they’re keen to join you for a round of picklebacks. Simples.
